Cancelation policy

Cancelation within 24hour period prior to booking full charge for booking is chargeable.

Cancelation Policy
Your Residential & Commercial Cleaning Pros
At We Mean To Clean, we are a team of self employed cleaners, therefore when we book slots this is our primary income, if you need to cancel we do have our policy of a minimum of 48hours notice to enable us to offer your slot to another customer,
If cancelation falls within a 48 hour period of your booking 50% of your time slot fee is chargeable,
If cancelation falls within a 24 hour period of your booking full charge of your time slot is chargeable.
If we are able to fill your time slot this fee will be waivered, however this is not always possible but we will endevour to do our uptmost to fill slots to prevent fees being applied.
